How far would you go for those you love?
Willow Duskril saved one fae from the clutches of ancient magic, but now the fate of a district rests on her shoulders.
Silas Stormbrook sacrificed his freedom to save his home. But the past refuses to stay buried, and not even a secret order can shield him from the consequences.
Navigating their growing feelings, the scouts must lead a team of new, untested allies to infiltrate the Isle of Mist. Only the long-lost archives and the answers within can unravel the High Council's schemes and free Eirel for good. But finding them won't be easy. Betrayal lurks around every corner, and even Valeria, Silas' powerful cousin, can't protect them from every threat.
With the fate of the realm hanging in the balance, Willow and Silas face an impossible choice: fight for their love whatever the cost, or sacrifice everything in the name of duty.
How it works
An ARC is an Advance Review Copy, where an author sends out free copies of their book before release day to readers, who then leave a voluntary review. This is done so that when the book launches, there are already reviews posted online to help readers decide if they would like it.
My ARCs will be ebooks only and will be distributed by Bookfunnel, including epubs if you would like to read on your Kindle or ereader.
To sign up, complete the form on this page. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirmation within a few days, but the book won't be sent yet!
When the ARC period starts (mid-February), you will receive an email with a link to download your review copy and key dates. There will also be a reminder email sent on launch day for leaving your review, if you haven't already.
There is no deadline for reviews as life happens! But as an indie author, any reviews posted either before the release date of 17th March 2026, or afterwards if you can't make that date, are super appreciated!
You will be asked to submit a link to your review once added (even if it is a DNF/1 star). This is for overall tracking purposes and won't affect your eligibility for future ARCs, unless you fundamentally dislike my writing style and are unlikely to enjoy future books :)
For some platforms, e.g. Goodreads, you can leave your review once you've read the ARC. For websites with a product listing, like Amazon, you will need to wait until release day as it's not possible to post before then.
There are no restrictions on reviews - DNFs, 1 stars, 5 stars and everything in between are all valid. I am providing the review copy only with the hope that you will read and leave a review. The content of that review is your honest opinion.
I ask as a courtesy that you don't tag me in any critical reviews. To be transparent, reading those once the book is final will affect my motivation to continue writing, and I have a big list of things I want to write! I will be staying out of reader spaces and reviews to spare my feelings unless I am expressly invited in via a tag. However, you are welcome to post critical reviews, just without tagging me please.
Please don't upload your review copy on a pirate site (or anywhere else). I am enrolling my books in Kindle Unlimited, and if Amazon finds them listed anywhere else, it will jeopardise my account and potentially even get me banned.
Do not upload into ChatGPT or any other generative AI tool. These words are my own and I do not want them training technology that is actively stealing from me and my fellow authors.
ARCs are open to all readers. Your social media followers or experience level as an ARC reader will not determine whether you are accepted or not.Â
